Registration for one of the services offered by FP Events, as described in our offer, implies full and complete acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) as well as the special conditions specific to FP Events.
Special conditions
FP Events uses all its expertise to ensure that the services on offer run smoothly. However, the dates and times indicated in our programmes are subject to change. The organiser cannot be held responsible for participants being late or arriving after the departure time indicated on the programme.
Services not included in our rates
The following services are not included in our rates:
– Services not specified in the programme.
– Transport to and from the meeting points.
– Changes or improvements made to the programme at the client’s request.
– Personal expenses such as laundry, mini-bar, telephone, television, etc.
Miscellaneous information
– Intra-Community travel: A valid identity document is required.
– Non-EU travel: Foreign nationals must comply with the consular formalities of their destination country. In the event of administrative non-compliance, the airline may refuse boarding. FP Events cannot be held responsible for the consequences, and the package price will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Conditions of registration and payment
– Entries: Entries are registered in the order in which they are received.
– Deposit : A deposit representing 50% of the total amount including tax of the service (if it exceeds 600€ including tax) is required to validate the registration. Registration will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
– Balance: The balance of the total amount (including VAT) for the service must be paid 30 days before the service, after receipt of our request for payment.
– Payment methods accepted: You can pay by credit card (secure module via Stripe) or bank transfer.
– Extras: Any additional costs will be invoiced after the service has been provided.
Cancellation policy
By the client:
– Up to 60 days before the event: An excess of €250 will be retained by FP Events. Validated transport tickets will be reimbursed in accordance with the service provider’s conditions.
– Up to 30 days before the event: The deposit paid remains the property of FP Events.
– Up to 15 days before the performance: FP Events will retain 80% of the total amount (including tax).
– Less than 15 days before the performance: 100% of the total amount including tax for the services will be due and will be retained by FP Events.
By the supplier:
If the payment conditions are not respected, FP Events reserves the right to cancel the order, following the cancellation conditions mentioned above. In the event of cancellation by FP Events, we undertake to offer an alternative programme, where possible, but decline all responsibility in the event of modification or cancellation beyond our control.
Assurances
The company FP Events subscribes to a “Civil Liability Pro” insurance, contract n ° T802438900 – Travel agency – organization of sporting events – ski coaching. Contract held with Allianz Suisse Société d’Assurances SA. CH-8010 Zürich.
FP Events recommends that all participants take out their own outdoor sports insurance. In addition, FP Events will offer “individual insurance” solutions for each program. Multisport Impact or Multi-risk Evasion.
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, FP Events will be exonerated from all liability to the client. Force majeure events include unforeseeable and unavoidable situations such as natural disasters, strikes, conflicts or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the organiser.
Dispute
Any complaint relating to a service must be sent by registered post to FP Events – ℅ Multiburo, Rue de la cité 1, CH-1204 Geneva SWITZERLAND within 10 days of the end of the service concerned.
Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, only the competent court in Geneva (Switzerland) will have jurisdiction. However, by virtue of the applicable legislation, the consumer may also assert his rights in his country of residence.
Protection of personal data (RGPD)
FP Events undertakes to respect the confidentiality of its customers’ personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD). Personal data collected as part of the booking and management of services will be used solely to process orders and manage the services offered.
– Types of data collected: We collect the information required to manage your registration, such as your surname, first name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details.
– Use of data: This information is used exclusively to process your orders, send out confirmations and ensure better management of our services.
– Data retention : Your personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the performance of the services, and for the purposes of legal and administrative compliance.
– Users’ rights: In accordance with the RGPD, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, as well as the right to object to their processing or request their portability.
